1 pound dry white beans (drained for 12 hours)
2 onions, minced
4 tomatoes, minced
½ cup olive oil
1 Tsp tomato mash
6 cups water
2 Tsp sea-salt

1. Filter drained beans, put in a pot add water, and cook on low fire for 1
hour.
2. Filter beans again. but this time keep cooked water in a separate dish.
3. Fry onions in the pot until they get brownish.
4. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then add beans and cook for 5
more minutes.
5. Now add tomato mash and cooked beans water, and cook on low fire
for 45 minutes.
6. Turn off fire, add sea-salt, and you bean soup is ready.
