Tools You Will Need:

  1 tbsp
  1 tsp
  1 large bowl
   Lemon sueezer
   
Ingredients:

  2 Very fresh fennels  
  2 Tbsp olive oil
  1 Tsp salt
  Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  1 Tsp cumin
  1 Tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  1. Slice the fennels thinly.

  2. Mix the fennels with all the other ingredients in the bowl.

  3. Refrigerate the fennel salad for 2 hours, and its ready.  

 Best Served With: Hummus dip

Great recipe, its really nice for the hot weather that started here.Even my 8 years old daughter ate the fennel salad, and that's something. I did reduce some olive oil (not looking for reasons to gain weight).
