Tools You Will Need:

  1 tsp
  1 tbsp
  1 cup
  Pot
    
Ingredients:

  cups fine white Persian rice
  2 medium onions, chopped
  3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  ½ Tsp sea-salt
  cups filtered water

  1. Wash the rice, soak in water for 1 hr, then drain it.

  2. Heat up the oil in a pot, fry the onion until it gets brownish, add the
      rice and cook for a few minutes while mixing the rice.

  3. Add water and salt, cover the pot and let it boil, then cook on a low-
      medium fire for 20 minutes.

  4.  Turn off the fire, and let the rice sit for 10 minutes.

For me plain white rice is boring. Maybe you can recommend some spices or other ingredients to make the rice more interesting
