½ Tsp sea-salt

1. Wash the rice, soak in water for 1 hr, then drain it.
2. Heat up the oil in a pot, fry the onion until it gets brownish, add the
rice and cook for a few minutes while mixing the rice.
3. Add water and salt, cover the pot and let it boil, then cook on a low-
medium fire for 20 minutes.
4. Turn off the fire, and let the rice sit for 10 minutes.
