Zucchini Yogurt
An excellent appetizer to go with other Middle Eastern breads and drinks, and also very easy to prepare.

Tools You Will Need:
1 tbsp
1 medium bowl
Frying pan
Garlic presser
Ingredients:
2 tbsp dill, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp sea-salt
2 pounds zucchini, thinly sliced
2 cups fresh yogurt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
1. Put the cloves, dill, and sea-salt in a bowl, then add yogurt and mix
well.  

2. Heat up the olive oil in a pan, fry the zucchini until they get brownish
on both sides, then turn off gas.   

3. Add the fried zucchini to the bowl with the yogurt, mix well and
refrigerate for 1 hour. 
Best Served With: Pita Bread and Fresh Lemonade
