Ingredients:
6 eggs  
1 pound zucchini (not pealed), cut into cubes
1 tsp sea-salt
½ tsp black-pepper, ground
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
1. Warm up olive oil in the pan, add zucchinis, and cook them until they
get brownish.

2. Break eggs add them along with sea-salt and black pepper mix well,
and cook for 5 minutes on low fire.
