This rich, warm tasty soup is perfect for cold days. However after preparing it, you will probably want more of this excellent dish no matter what time of year it is. Make sure to drain the beans 12 hour prior to making soup

Tools You Will Need:
1 tsp
1 cup
Large bowl
Large pot
Ingredients:
1 pound dry white beans (drained for 12 hours)
2 onions, minced
4 tomatoes, minced
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp tomato mash
6 cups water
2 tsp sea-salt

Directions:
1. Filter drained beans, put in a pot add water, and cook on low fire for 1
hour.

2. Filter beans again. but this time keep cooked water in a separate dish.

3. Fry onions in the pot until they get brownish.

4. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then add beans and cook for 5
more minutes.

5. Now add tomato mash and cooked beans water, and cook on low fire
for 45 minutes.

6. Turn off fire, add sea-salt, and you bean soup is ready.
Best Served With: Pita Chips
