Tahini Butter Cookies
These tahini cookies are a chinch to make and are absolutely delicious! You can find sesame butter in most well stocked grocery stores or in the natural food store.

Tools You Will Need:
2 medium-large bowls
1 mixing spoon
1 cup
1 tsp
Cookie sheet
Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
½ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sesame butter (tahini)
1¼ cup white flour
½ teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the butter and sugar. Add the vanilla
extract and sesame butter.
 
3. In a medium bowl, mix the flour and baking powder and then gradually
stir into the butter-tahini mixture.

4. Spoon onto a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until
cookies are golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.  
Best Served With: Black Coffee
