Whenever I serve tabouli, it disappears after no more than 20 minutes.

Tools You Will Need:
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 large bowl
1 large flat plate
Lemon squeezer
1 cup fine bulgur  
1½ cups boiled water
10 sprigs parsley, chopped
½ bundle mint, chopped
1 medium sized onion, chopped
2 fresh and firm tomatoes, chopped
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp sea-salt
1 tsp soy sauce

1. Add the bulgur to the bowl, and pure some boiled water. Water 
level should be ½ an inch above the bulgur.

2. Put the plate on top of the bowl, and soak the bulgur in water for 15
minutes until they swell in size.

3. Mix the bulgur in a bowl together with the other ingredients, and your
tabouli salad is ready to serve. 
Best Served With: Pomegranate Juice

Yes, I loved this recipe. Tabouleh is one of my favorite things and right now is helpful also when I'm wanting to lose some weight. It's jam-packed with vitamins and minerals but few calories. I used a sprinkle of garlic powder in addition.

An absolutely tasty and addictive salad. I slightly modified it and here are my modifications. Use 1 tbsp (not tsp) soy sauce, add 1 minced garlic clove and use medium sized bulgur grains.

I agree with you that tomato is a must. For some reason it was not included in the tabouli recipe, but now it is fixed. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
