Lebanese Tabouli Salad

One of the most popular Middle Eastern recipes. Tabouli
is very healthy and easy to prepare. Whenever I serve
tabouli, it disappears after no more than 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 cup fine wheat groats
6 sprigs parsley, chopped
½ bundle mint, chopped
1 medium sized onion, chopped
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tsp sea-salt
Directions:
1. Soak the groats in water for 1 hour until they swell in size.
2. Strain the groats.
3. Mix the groats in a bowl together with the other ingredients,
and your tabouli salad is ready to serve.
