Ingredients:
1-¼ C water
2 tbsp soft butter or vegetable oil
½ tsp granulated sugar or 2 tsp honey
1-½ tsp sea salt
3 C white bread flower
1-½ tsp active dry yeast
corn meal

1. Add ingredients in the order recommended by your bread machine maker.
2. Select the dough cycle.
3. Allow dough to rise for one hour or for the timing your bread machine has programmed for dough rising.
4. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F or 245 degrees C.
5. Remove dough from machine after rising to a lightly floured surface.
6. Divide into 8 balls and cover for 5 minutes allowing dough to rest.
7. Using the rolling pin, roll each ball into an 8" round.
8. Sprinkle corn meal on baking pan and cook two rounds at a time for 5 minutes or until they puff up and turn golden brown.
9. Cool on cooling racks.
