Ingredients:
4 eggs
1½ tsp. ground sumac
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.

2. Add eggs and season with salt and pepper.

3. Sprinkle sumac over eggs.
