4 oz chicken spleens
4 oz chicken hearts

1. Chop livers, hearts and spleens into small pieces.
2. Cook onions in covered pan over low heat in olive oil until translucent.
3. Uncover pan and add garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Add livers, hearts and spleens to pan.
5. Add turmeric, ground cumin, garlic, coriander and salt to taste.
6. Fry until the livers, hearts and spleens are tender.
