Tools You Will Need:
1 tbsp
1 cup
Tea pot
Juicer
Ingredients:
2 pounds pomegranate (the red semi-sour kind)   
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
1. Cut each pomegranate into 2 pieces, and soak in water for 1 hour.

2. Juice the pomegranates in a juicer and filter out the unnecessary parts.

3. Put the pomegranate juice in a bowl and add the lemon juice.

4. Mix well, and cool in the fridge for 1 hour.

5. Add the ice cubes, mint leaves and sugar. Mix well, and enjoy your
healthy and delicious pomegranate juice.

Its winter time now, but I had a chance to get a few pomegranates. It was easy to prepare the pomegranate juice, me and my wife enjoyed it, although I believe this recipe is more appropriate on warmer days.
