Tools You Will Need:
large mixing bowl
2 small mixing bowls
parchment  lined baking sheet
1 C measure
1 tsp. measure
1 tbsp. measure
4 C flour
1/4 C warm milk
2-1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks melted butter or margarine
3/4 C water (mineral water is best)
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp. dry instant yeast

1 C fresh parsley, finely chopped
1-1/2 C crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp. paprika

2 eggs
2 tbsp. sesame seeds or poppy seeds

1. Combine milk, sugar and yeast in large bowl.

2. Add remainder of dough ingredients and mix until dough becomes sticky.

3. Cover bowl with a damp dish towel to rest for 45 minutes.

4. In one of the small bowls, mix chopped parsley with feta cheese.

5. Break dough into 40 pieces (about 2-1/2 tbsp) and flatten each piece into a circle with the palm of your hand.

6. Place one tsp. cheese and parsley mixture in the middle of each piece of dough.

7. Fold edges upwards and pinch each filled dough round together to make a nicely-rounded stuffed dumpling.

8. Set dumplings on parchment-lined baking sheet, pinched side down.

9. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

10. In the second small bowl, beat eggs and then brush on pogacas.

11. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until pogacas turn golden brown.
Best Served With: Beet Salad
