Tools You Will Need:
Baking tray
1 cup
1 tsp
1 tbsp
Garlic presser
Lemon squeezer
Ingredients:
10 pita breads cut into quarters
(you can make them yourself, see the pita bread recipe) 
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp sea-salt
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp zaatar spice

Directions:
1. Heat your stove to 350º F

2. Divide each pita quarter in 2, so that you get triangle  shaped pita
chips.

3. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl.

4. Spread this mixture evenly on each pita triangle.
 
5. Bake the pita triangles for 10-12 minutes, and your yummy pita chips
are ready.
