What's wonderful about this recipe is that so many different cheeses can be substituted. If you're not a great fan of cream cheese and goat cheese try feta cheese. The possibilities are endless.

Tools You Will Need:
electric mixer
cup measure
tsp. measure
garlic press
small round bowl
serving plate

Ingredients:
8 oz. package goat cheese
8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 tsp. cumin seeds, ground and toasted
1 tsp. coriander seeds, ground and toasted
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt to taste
½ C ground pistachio nuts

Directions:
1. Using the electric mixer, mix and soften the goat and cream cheese.

2. Stir in cumin, coriander, black pepper, garlic, salt and lemon juice.

3. Shape cheese into a ball and place in a round bowl.

4. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

5. Prior to serving, roll ball in ground pistachio nuts.
Best Served With: Pita Chips
