½ C ground pistachio nuts

1. Using the electric mixer, mix and soften the goat and cream cheese.
2. Stir in cumin, coriander, black pepper, garlic, salt and lemon juice.
3. Shape cheese into a ball and place in a round bowl.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
5. Prior to serving, roll ball in ground pistachio nuts.
