Tools You Will Need:
C measure
3/4 tsp measure
½ tsp measure
1 tsp measure
8" baking pan
medium mixing bowl
sifter
electric mixer
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
¾ C confectioner’s sugar
¾ C white flour
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. cardamom, ground
Pinch saffron
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Beat eggs in the medium-sized mixing bowl and then gradually beat in sugar.

3. Add flour and mix well.

4. Add ground cardamon and saffron.

5. Grease 8" pan well.

6. Pour mixture into pan.

7. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

8. Bake for 20 minutes.
