Tools You Will Need:

Large skillet
Food processor
1 cup
1 tbsp
1 tsp
Ingredients:
1 cup store bought or freshly-made plain breadcrumbs
1 lb ground lamb meat
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried mint or 3 tsp freshly chopped mint
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley or 3-4 tbsp fresh parsley
1 medium egg
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Blend the ground lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, and spices in a meat
processor until smooth.

2. Wet your hands and roll mixture into small 1-inch balls.

3. Heat olive oil in a large frying pen. Fry the meatballs over a medium
heat until evenly browned and cooked through (about 5 minutes).
Remove from the heat, and serve warm. 
Best Served With: Pita Bread and Hummus Dip
