1 tsp

Ingredients:
2 cups well-cooked chickpeas.  
1 cup homemade hummus (hummus recipe)
½ cup homemade tahini
1 Tsp sea-salt
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tsp cumin

Directions:
1. Put the chickpeas in a big bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt.

2. Add tahini gradually and mix well.

3. Serve Masabacha hummus on an appropriate plate. Sprinkle olive oil over it.
