Hot Pepper Dip Recipe "Sechoog"

Very easy and tasty recipe, much better and healthier
than any commercial hot sauce.
Ingredients:
1 sprigs fresh coriander
2 Tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp carnation
2-3 fresh green hot peppers
Directions:
1. Slice the peppers, onion and coriander into small-medium
size pieces.
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Put the "sechoog" in a dish.
Tip:
v for long term storage, put the "schoog" in a small jar in the freezer.
Before using, defrost at room temperature for fifteen minutes.
