Tools You Will Need:
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 cup
Frying pan
Garlic press
Lemon squeezer
Ingredients:
4 steaks of fresh grouper fish, each steak about 8 pounds  
1 cup home tahini paste
1 tsp sea-salt
1 tsp curry
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp sea-salt
½ cup oil for frying

Directions:
1. Heat up the oil in the frying pan, then add the grouper steaks

2. Cook the steaks for 20 minutes on a medium flame, 10 minutes on
each side. Make sure the grouper steaks get somewhat brownish on
either side.

3. Place the steaks on a paper towel. Clean the frying pan and then put
the tahini in the pan. Warm it up and put the fried grouper steaks back
in the pan.

4. Cook on a low flame for 15 minutes, turn it off and spread lemon juice
and garlic on the grouper steaks.
  
Best Served With: Beet Salad
