Israeli Fennel Salad

Very healthy, easy recipe. This Fennel Salad I share with
you, is my own development.
Ingredients:
2 Very fresh fennels
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp salt
1½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
1. Slice the fennels thinly.
2. Mix the fennels with all the other ingredients in a big ball.
3. Refrigerate the fennel salad for 2 hours, and its ready.
Recommended with: Hummus dip
