Tools You Will Need:
large bowl
cup measure
tbsp measure
tsp measure
Ingredients:
5 medium-sized cucumbers
1¼ tsp. salt
2½ garlic cloves, minced
2½ tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
6¼ C plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
¼ C olive oil
3 tsp. fresh mint leaves

Directions:
1. Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

2. Slice cucumbers in half again lengthwise and dice.

3. Place cucumbers in a bowl.

4. Sprinkle cucumbers with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.

5. Drain out any liquid from the bowl.

6. Add lemon juice, dill, yogurt and dill.

7. Pour olive oil over mixture.

8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

9. Serve at room temperature.
