These tasty cheese rolls are great for as a snack, an appetizer or a dessert. You can substitute the goat cheese for feta or cream cheese.

Ingredients:
6 C all-purpose flour
1 C butter or oleo
4 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
2 large eggs, gently beaten
2 eggs yolks
1 C plain yogurt
1 lb. goat cheese
1 C Italian (flat leaf) parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cumin, ground
1 package of poppy, or sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Melt the butter or oleo in the small saucepan. Allow to cool but not solidify.

2. Place yogurt, baking powder, beaten egss and cooled melted butter in bowl.

3. Add flour and knead until the dough is soft.

4. In the other bowl, mix cheese, black pepper, cumin, Italian parsley, and paprika with the electric mixer until cheese is smooth.

5. Take about a 1-½" or 2" piece of dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface.

6. Flatten each piece into 2" rounds.

7. Place some of the cheese mixture into each dough round and roll each piece into a round ball.

8. Wet fingers and gently pinch the edges to seal if necessary.

9. Place all pieces on greased baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds.

10. Bake at 400 degrees F until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).
