1 cup
Tea pot
Ingredients:
4 tbsp high quality ground Arabian black coffee   
4 tbsp sugar
4 cups filtered water

Directions:
1. Boil the water.

2. Add the coffee and begin mixing with a spoon. Eventually the coffee
will rise and foam.

3. When it stops rising and foaming, turn off the gas.

4. Add sugar, mix well and cover the teapot.

5. Wait a few moments, and your black coffee is ready.

I was once in Egypt and had great Bedouin black coffee. This recipe reminded me of the coffee I had there.
