2.2 pounds fresh, small hot green peppers
3 tsp sea-salt
6 cups water
1 cup natural apple vinegar
1 lemon, sliced

1. Make very small holes in the hot peppers so that the fluids can
penetrate.
2. Put the hot peppers in the jar, then add water, salt, vinegar and the
lemon slices. Seal well.
3. Place the jar in a sunny spot for a week, when your pickled hot peppers
will be ready.
Best Served With: Tahini Paste and Pita Bread
