2 pounds fresh mullet fish, cleaned
1 cup white flour
5 medium sized fresh tomatoes, chopped
½ cup fresh mint leaves, minced
5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
½ cup fresh basil, minced
1 Tsp sea-salt
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
9 lemon slices
olive oil for frying

1. Warm up ½ inch olive oil in the frying pan.
2. Spread the flour on both sides of the mullets, and cook them for 25
minutes (12 to 13 minutes on each side).
3. Place the cooked fish on paper towels, and in the meantime, cook the
garlic in same cooking oil for 5 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes, mix well, and cook on a low flame for 15 minutes.
5. Put the cooked fish on a pretty dish, and spread the garlic and
tomato mixture on top of the fish; The mint, basil, lemon juice
and lemon slices should then be put on the fish.
