Middle East Grouper Fish Recipe

This extraordinary grouper fish recipe is one of my Middle
Eastern fish recipe favorites. Its tahini dressing creates a deep
authentic Middle Eastern taste, which makes this grouper recipe
prefect for special occasions

Tools You Will Need:

  1 tbsp
  1 tsp
  1 cup
  Frying pan
  Garlic press
  Lemon squeezer

Ingredients:
 
  4 steaks of fresh grouper fish, each steak about 8 pounds  
  1 cup home tahini recipe
  1 Tsp sea-salt
  1 Tsp curry
  3 cloves garlic, minced
  2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  2 Tbsp sea-salt
  ½ cup oil for frying

  1. Heat up the oil in the frying pan, then add the grouper steaks

  2. Cook the steaks for 20 minutes on a medium flame, 10 minutes on
     each side. Make sure the grouper steaks get somewhat brownish on
     either side.

  3. Place the steaks on a paper towel. Clean the frying pan and then put
      the tahini in the pan. Warm it up and put the fried grouper steaks back
      in the pan.

  4. Cook on a low flame for 15 minutes, turn it off and spread lemon juice
     and garlic on the grouper steaks.

The grouper came out very tasty, though it started to break and fall fall apart
