Tools You Will Need:

  1 tsp
  1 cup
  large bowl
  Frying pan

Ingredients:
 
  6 eggs  
  ½ cup parsley, minced
  2 onions, minced
  ¼ cup meant-leaves, minced
  1 fresh green pepper, cut into cubes
  1 Tsp sea-salt
  ½ Tsp black-pepper, ground
  1 cup extra virgin olive oil

  1.  Mix well all ingredients including eggs in a large bowl .

  2.  Warm up olive oil in the pan, and add ¼ of the mixture,  and then fry it
      on medium fire for 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).

  3.  Do the same thing for 3 more times.
