Tools You Will Need:

  Silver-paper
  1 cup
  1 tsp
  1 medium bowl
  Garlic presser
  Lemon squeezer

Ingredients:
 
  2 cups well-cooked chickpeas.  
  1 cup homemade hummus (hummus recipe)
  ½ cup homemade tahini
  1 Tsp sea-salt
  ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  3 cloves garlic, minced
  ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1 Tsp cumin

  1. Put the chickpeas in a big bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic, cumin and
      salt.

  2. Add tahini gradually and mix well.

  3. Serve Masabacha hummus on an appropriate plate. Sprinkle olive oil
     over it.

 Best Served With: Pita bread, Falafel and Pickled Cucumbers
