Eggplant Dip
Oriental Eggplant Dip Recipe ( Baba Gnoush )

This spicy eggplant dip is so tasty, you would want to share
it with every Eggplant recipe fan you know. Its easy to make,
and known for anti-aging properties. Its also known as the
famous Middle Eastern Baba Ganoush.

Tools You Will Need:

  Silver-paper
  1 cup
  1 tsp
  1 tbsp
  1 medium bowl
  Garlic presser
  Lemon squeezer

Ingredients:
 
  2 medium size eggplants  
  ¼ cup olive oil
  1 Tbsp cumin
  1 Tbsp red paprika
  1 Tsp white pepper powder
  3 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  3 Cloves, crushed
  ½ Tsp red hot paprika
   some parsley (for decoration only)

  1. Wrap the eggplants with silver-paper, and roast them on the gas fire
      until they get soft.

  2. Peel the eggplants with a Knife.

  3. Chop the eggplants until they turn into a dip.

  4. Add all the other ingredients to the eggplants, mix well and its ready.

 Best Served with: Pita bread
