2 pounds white flour
½ cup sugar
1½ ounces fresh yeast
½ Tsp sea-salt
2 eggs
2 cups water
½ cup olive oil

1. Add ingredients to mixer and knead on low speed for 4 minutes,
then continue mixing on higher speed for 6 more minutes.
2. Let the dough rise in a big covered big bowl for 20 minutes.
3. Make balls from the dough, each ball around 1½ inches
in diameter, and let them rise for 30 minutes.
4. Heat up the olive oil for deep frying, put the doughnuts balls in and
cook them about 3 minutes on each side until they get brownish.
5. Place the doughnuts on a paper towel in order to get rid of excess oil.
