1 Tbsp sea-salt
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp za’atar

2. Spread the mixture on the cloth.
3. Tie the cloth so that it squeezes the mixture.
4. Use the rope to suspend the cloth above a big bowl or
bucket.
5. After 12 hours, you’ll have labane. Put the labane in a medium-sized
jar, add olive oil and za’atar on top, and it’s ready for enjoying!
