Middle Eastern Pita Chips Recipe

appetizers for special meals. Making pita chips is very easy,
so if you’re hungry or having guests, now is the time to prepare
this tasty dish!

Tools You Will Need:

  Baking tray
  1 cup
  1 tsp
  1 tbsp
  Garlic presser
  Lemon squeezer
 
Ingredients:
 
  10 pita breads cut into quarters
     (you can make them yourself, see the pita bread recipe
  ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  4 cloves garlic, crushed
  1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1 Tsp sea-salt
  1 Tbsp rosemary
  1 Tbsp zaatar spice

  1.   Heat your stove to 350º F

  2.  Divide each pita quarter in 2, so that you get triangle  shaped pita
       chips.

  3.  Mix the other ingredients in a bowl.

  4.  Spread this mixture evenly on each pita triangle.
 
  5.  Bake the pita triangles for 10-12 minutes, and your yummy pita chips
       are ready.
